A unique sparkling wine made in the traditional method, from 99% Chardonnay, but with the added ingredient of 1% XO cognac lending it the flavour of a very good champagne.  The excellent vintage is warm and rounded, with the aroma of rich, buttery cognac revealed through the bubbles.

This is a 100% Trebbiano full of elegance and character and has been aged in barriques for 4 months. Santa Cecilia is stunningly well structured bursting with flavours of peach, honey and subtle notes of vanilla.  It is delicious drunk on its own or paired with fish, chicken or pork.  Best served at 10-12°C.

This delicious 100% Pecorino is well balanced with hints of exotic fruits, apple and white pepper. It is a big structured wine and an excellent accompaniment to roast pork, veal or chicken but also great drunk on its own. Best served at 10-12°C.

Chateau de Respide, Callipyge 2008 Graves Blanc

Callipyge in Greek means “beautiful buttocks” and Venus Callipyge herself appears on the label and on the wooden case. A classic Bordeaux blend of Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc (old vines), this gorgeous wine has been aged in oak for 9 months. It has a complex bouquet of exotic fruits and vanilla and flavours of honeyed lemons, mangoes and peach. Perfect with fish, sushi, white meat and cheese.

Falanghina del Sannio DOC

Falanghina is a grape from Campania in Southern Italy
characterised by its distinct flavour of orange. This
savoury white wine is rich in minerality with flavours
of orang e blossom and melon. A great accompaniment
for scallops,a light starter or fabulous as an aperitif.

The Cuvee Ferdinand is a stunning blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Carignan.  It has been matured in oak barrels for 12 months and has a subtle flavour of vanilla and thyme.  This wine is delicious drunk on it's own or as an accompaniment to duck or wild boar. Best drunk decanted. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Haut Medoc Chateau Micalet 2001

This Haut Medoc vintage is a perfect blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It has a rich spicy nose and a mouth full of jammy fruits. Try it with beef, venison, camembert, brie and Roquefort.

This is a full bodied, barrel aged 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo with a deep ruby hue, and is made from the grapes from mamma's small plot of land. It is full of intense black fruit, liquorice and spice with a hint of dark chocolate. Luscious and a perfect partner with steak, beef casserole or even dark chocolate. Best drunk decanted and served at 16-18 °C.
